About a month ago I was involved in a minor accident, woman pulled out in front of me on my way to work one morning in front of the Court House at Wise. I was driving my mothers car that day (it's cheaper on gas) and it damaged the bumper. Anyway it wasn't anything major so I said I'll send you an estimate and you can pay it without sending it to insurance. Well now the woman will not answer her phone, and the cop who filed the report didn't even include her address or phone number in the police report.
